- You're a freelancer, solo founder, or consultant.

- Expensify's integrations cover tools you already use.

“Cancelling Expensify was the single worst experience of my year — locked into a multi-year contract, hidden fees, aggressive emails. I just wanted my receipts in a folder.”
Honest questions.
Is AutoFileEmail an expense-report tool?
No. We file receipts into your own Drive folder, organized by vendor. We don't track approvals, reimbursements, or submission states. If you need that workflow, Expensify (or Ramp/Brex if you have a corporate card) is the right tool.
I'm trying to cancel Expensify — does AutoFileEmail import my old receipts?
Yes. Export your Expensify receipt archive (Settings → Account → Export receipts to ZIP), drop the ZIP into a /Expensify-archive folder in Drive, and use a Backfill Pack ($29 / $59 / $99) to re-organize the past 12 months by vendor. Forward filing kicks in for new receipts.
Does AutoFileEmail OCR receipts?
No. We extract sender + filename only. The PDF is filed verbatim. If you ever need the line-items, the original receipt is right there in your Drive — readable by you, your CPA, or any tool you choose later.
I have a team — does AutoFileEmail work for shared expense capture?
Pro covers up to 5 inboxes. If your team needs an actual expense workflow (approve / reimburse / per-policy), keep Expensify (or move to Ramp/Brex). If your team just needs a shared receipts folder per project or client, AutoFileEmail Pro fits.
