Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using AutoFileEmail, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AutoFileEmail connects to your email inbox(es) and automatically files attachments into a cloud drive of your choice (Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive). We do not run OCR, classify content, or persist email content on our servers.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You authorize us to access the inboxes and clouds you connect for the sole purpose of filing attachments.
4. Plans and billing
The free tier is free forever for forward filing on 1 inbox. Pro is $14.99/mo or $149/yr. Backfill packs are one-time charges from $29 to $99. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. All sales are final once a backfill pack has been processed.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel any subscription at any time. Filing pauses at the end of your current billing period. Your already-filed attachments stay in your Drive — we never delete them.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to file content that violates the law or the terms of your email provider or cloud provider.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to be reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Limitation of liability
AutoFileEmail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
